Why I Started This Clinic
The Heart of Family Wellness
I started this clinic after a season when I was the patient. Recovering from cancer showed me how much more support people need—more time to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. Traditional healthcare no longer felt like a fit. I wanted a space where both patients and providers feel safe, valued, and respected. My kids needed me closer to home, and I wanted to be more present for them and for our community. Out of that vision, Family Wellness & Physio was born.

The Heart Behind Family Wellness & Physio
Julie started this clinic to provide physical therapy for women who want a thoughtful, whole-body approach to strength, recovery, and long-term wellness. She saw a need for a practice that truly understands the complexities of midlife transitions, moving beyond temporary symptom relief to focus on sustainable movement and nervous system regulation.
